How do I return an item?
Please contact customer service for more information on returning an item.
Some items such as worn clothing, or bulk instant hand warmers are non-returnable. Clothing items may be returned if the wrong sized was received and the item(s) were not worn.
In the case of a defective item, such as an electronic device not charging, please contact the MANUFACTURER of the product directly for Warranty service or repair. Most manufacturers are more than happy to resolve any issues with their product so long as they are within the warranty period and all instructions have been followed.

If you feel your HotSnapZ was damaged in shipping, from us to you, please contact us.
Should your HotSnapZ break or fail due to workmanship and construction beyond their Full 30 Day Warranty period, there is the possibility to receive replacement item for a small Shipping and Handling fee of $6.99 for most claims or $10.99 for larger quantities. Please contact HotSnapz for further details. Please be prepared to email them a photo of the item.
This Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover damaged caused by use, wear or tear, loss, or improper use, reactivation and storage.
